Rogers OMNI Television is coming to Alberta !
Rogers OMNI Television is a Canadian, multilingual, multicultural media company that will soon be producing and airing television programs here in Alberta. We are excited to announce our imminent launch of free, over-the-air television stations in both Edmonton and Calgary. These stations will serve Alberta’s ethnocultural communities, with more than 75 hours of ethnic programming each week. We are planning prime time regional newscasts, with news gathering and production facilities in Edmonton and Calgary. All together, we will air programming in 20 different languages, serving 20 different ethnic groups.
