Cod Fish – Candelária Style

Ingredients:
- 500 gr Flaked Cod Fish
- 1 Kg Potatoes
- 10 Eggs
- 3 Large Onions
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
STEPS:
- Boil the eggs
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes
- Boil cod fish and drain the water well
- Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil and a little olive oil
- Once the sauté gets going you can add the cod fish and stir
- Fry the potato cubes
- Once the potatoes are fried and the oil has been drained mix all the ingredients in a large container
- Pour the mix into a platter
- Slice the eggs and spread them around the platter with a dab of pepper paste then garnish with a little sprinkle of parsley
