Cod Fish – Candelária Style

Ingredients:   

OMNI

  • 500 gr Flaked Cod Fish
  • 1 Kg Potatoes
  • 10 Eggs
  • 3 Large Onions
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic

STEPS:

  1. Boil the eggs
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes
  3. Boil cod fish and drain the water well
  4. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil and a little olive oil
  5. Once the sauté gets going you can add the cod fish and stir
  6. Fry the potato cubes
  7. Once the potatoes are fried and the oil has been drained mix all the ingredients in a large container
  8. Pour the mix into a platter
  9. Slice the eggs and spread them around the platter with a dab of pepper paste then garnish with a little sprinkle of parsley
