Steak & Eggs - Tulip Original Steakhouse
Ingredients:
- 1 Sirloin Steak
- Butter (Enough for several teaspoons)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 of a fresh tomato
- 2 eggs
- 2 Potatoes cut in wedges
Brush the sirloin steak with ¼ tsp of melted butter. Grill until it is medium or well done. In a large pan, melt ½ tsp of butter and add the potatoes. Add salt & pepper and fry for a few minutes tossing them frequently until they are cooked. Set aside. Beat the 2 eggs and fry in a pan with ¼ tsp of butter. Slice the tomato. Serve in a plate the steak, the eggs, the tomato and the potatoes. Enjoy!
