Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice (cooked the day before)
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (green beans, corn, carrots partially cooked)
  • 1 cup Frozen Cooked Shrimp (baby)
  • 1 cup Black Forest Ham (thick slice cut into cubes)
  • 4 eggs
  • Green Onion to taste
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Soy Sauce (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. Cooking oil.

Preparation

  1. Add cooking oil to frying pan and fry/scramble eggs.
  2. Chop and set aside.
  3. Add rice to frying pan and stir-fry for a few minutes
  4. Add vegetables, shrimp and ham. Keep stir-frying.
  5. Add chopped eggs, and chopped green onion.
  6. Stir-fry for a few more minutes.
  7. Add salt (to taste) and Soy Sauce (at least 2 or 3 Tbsp. to taste)
  8. Stir-Fry until all the ingredients and flavors are combined and heated through.
