Ingredients
- 4 cups Rice (cooked the day before)
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (green beans, corn, carrots partially cooked)
- 1 cup Frozen Cooked Shrimp (baby)
- 1 cup Black Forest Ham (thick slice cut into cubes)
- 4 eggs
- Green Onion to taste
- Salt (to taste)
- Soy Sauce (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. Cooking oil.
Preparation
- Add cooking oil to frying pan and fry/scramble eggs.
- Chop and set aside.
- Add rice to frying pan and stir-fry for a few minutes
- Add vegetables, shrimp and ham. Keep stir-frying.
- Add chopped eggs, and chopped green onion.
- Stir-fry for a few more minutes.
- Add salt (to taste) and Soy Sauce (at least 2 or 3 Tbsp. to taste)
- Stir-Fry until all the ingredients and flavors are combined and heated through.
