Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Dough
- 4 or 5 Potatoes sliced very thin
- 1 cup Mozzarella grated
- ½ cup Parmesan grated
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Dried Rosemary (approx. 1 Tbsp. or to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Preparation
***This recipe makes a 10-11 inch pizza. You can use more or less ingredients depending on the size of your pizza.
- Roll out dough and place on pizza pan.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over dough as a base.
- In a bowl, place thinly sliced potatoes, salt, pepper, rosemary, grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle in olive oil and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon potato mixture on to pizza.
- Place into a pre-heated 400degree oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
(Depends on how crusty you like your pizza.)
