Ingredients
- 1 package of penne pasta
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup 35% cream
- 1 tsp. butter
- ½ cup of chopped Proccuto
- 1 small onion chopped
- ½ cup of Vodka…
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
- Cook penne pasta al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, sauté onions in butter and olive oil in a separate pan.
- Add proccuto a cook for 2 – 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add vodka and let evaporate for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add 35% cream and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add penne pasta and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir for 2 minutes until sauce sticks to the pasta and everything is combined.
