Ingredients
- 1 box of phyllo pastry (Krinos)
- 1 bag of spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- Olive oil
- ½ lb Feta cheese
- ½ lb Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup fresh dill chopped
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Preparation
- In a bowl mix together spinach, green onion, feta, ricotta, egg, dill, salt and pepper.
- Take 2 sheets of phyllo pastry and cut into 3 even pieces (each piece, 2 sheets thick).
- Drizzle drops olive oil on each piece.
- Add a spoonful of the spinach filling on the phyllo and fold into triangles.
- Place in baking pan.
- Pre-heat to 325 degrees and cook for approximately 35 minutes until light golden brown.
