Ingredients
- Tostadas (Flat hard shell tortillas)
- Refried beans (heated)
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded cooked or boiled chicken (warmed up in microwave)
- Chopped tomato
- Slices of avocado
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Feta Cheese
Preparation
- Heat and spread a descent layer of refried beans on top of the Tostada shell. Then on top add some chicken, lettuce, tomato, a couple of slices of avocado, a descent spoonful of sour cream, then salsa to taste. Finally sprinkle some feta cheese on top. The amount of ingredients depends on the amount of Tostadas you want to make. Normally, people will be full with two.
- If you can’t find the proper corn Tostadas shells you can make them by slowly heating in a pan a few corn or flour tortillas until they become hard. (about 5 minutes flipping often)
