Ingredients
- 5 or 6 baked potatoes
- 2 cans of tuna (drained)
- 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 2 cups chopped celery
- Garlic (to taste) (fresh or powdered garlic can be used)
- Low fat mayonnaise (to taste)
Preparation
- Bake potatoes then cut in halves.
- Scoop out insides and place in a bowl.
- Mix in tuna, broccoli, celery, garlic and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Re-stuff potato halfs.
Serve and Enjoy!
