Green Beans Parisian

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Snip off ends of green beans. Blanch for 5 minutes in boiling water and drain.
- In separate pan, melt butter. Add garlic. After a minute or so, add green beans, coating them with the butter and garlic.
- Add 1 cup bread crumbs. Stir to coat the beans. Salt to taste. Easy!!!
