GRILLED CHICKEN AND AVOCADO SALAD
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- Lemon
- 10 green grapes
- ½ cup Lima beans cooked
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Rinse the chicken thoroughly and cut the breast in half. Place each half on the grill and let them cook until well done. Slice each half breast in 6 or 7 smaller pieces. Set aside.
Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the inside. In a salad bowl, mash the avocado until soft. Crush the garlic clove using a garlic press. Then squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lemon, add salt & pepper to taste and mix everything together. Cut the grapes in half and add to the avocado mix. Serve the chicken, the avocado salad and the lima beans on the same plate and enjoy! Smacznego!
