ADA’S FAVOURITE TUNA SALAD
- 500 grams of whole wheat penne pasta
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 red pepper
- ½ white onion
- 1 cup of organic yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside. Chop the red pepper and the half onion. In a large salad bowl add the pasta; then add the tuna, the red pepper, the onion and parsley. Mix everything together, add salt & pepper to taste and set aside.
In a separate bowl add the paprika to the yogurt and squeeze the garlic cloves. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well. Serve and enjoy! Smacznego!
