CHICKEN SALAD
- 1 chicken breast cooked
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1 ½ cups of cooked rice
- ½ a red pepper chopped
- ½ tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Lettuce leaves
- Salt & pepper
In a large salad bowl add the rice, the corn, peas, almonds and red pepper and mix together. Slice the chicken breast in small pieces and add to the salad. Add salt & pepper to taste and the olive oil. Mix everything again.
Place the lettuce leaves in a separate bowl and pour the salad over them. Serve and enjoy! Smacznego!
