GOULASH
- 1/2 kg of a combination of pork (2 pork chops) and chicken (1 chicken breast)
- 11 onion
- 11 apple
- 13 carrots
- 12 celery stalks
- 1½ red peppers
- 11 cup green beans
- 1Fresh parsley
- 1Soya sauce or 1 cube of chicken bouillon
- 12 tbsp olive oil
- 11 cup of water
- 1Salt & pepper
Slice the chicken and the pork meat and set aside. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a deep pot and start frying all the meat. Add salt & pepper to taste. While the meat is cooking, slice the carrots, the celery, the red pepper and the apple. Chop the onion. Once the meat is almost cooked, add the water and cover. Bring to a boil. Add all the vegetables starting with the onion. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce or 1 cube of chicken bouillon. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the meat is fully cooked. Garnish with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy! Smacznego!
