CHICKEN IN DILL SAUCE
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 onion chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 bell peppers (1 orange & 1 red)
- Butter
- Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cooked pasta
Start by slicing the bell peppers. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of butter to a frying pan and add the slices of pepper. Cook over low to medium heat. Once the peppers are soft, remove from the heat and set aside.
Add 2 to 3 tbsp of butter to a separate pan, then add the onion and cook for a couple of minutes. In the mean time, slice the chicken breast in smaller pieces. When the onion is turning soft, add the chicken pieces, add salt & pepper to taste. Cook for a few minutes, until the chicken is cooked and then add the fresh dill. Mix everything together and add about 2 cups of sour cream and mix again. Cook for a few minutes more.
Pour the chicken over your favourite pasta and decorate around it with the bell peppers. Serve and enjoy! Smacznego!
