SUMMER PASTA
- 1 package thin spaghetti
- 3 plum tomatoes
- 3 small zucchinis
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Herbs
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, let it cool down and add to a large salad bowl. Chop the red and the green peppers and add to the pasta. Chop the zucchinis, the cucumber and the tomatoes and add to the pasta. Toss everything together. Add Italian dressing to taste and then parmesan cheese. Sprinkle your favourite dried herbs and toss all of the ingredients once more.
