Ingredients:
- 12 oz. honey
- 4 egg whites
Directions :
- Bring honey to a boil and add to mixer bowl containing egg whites. Continue to whip until light and fluffy.
- *To make Meringue Holiday Tree as seen on-air with Pay and Mandy:
Apply thick layer of meringue onto craft store styrofoam cone. Brown with kitchen torch.
- Use toothpicks to anchor berries in desired pattern along the cone.
- Decorate with additional berries or chocolate chips.
