Ep# 36 - Shifting Loyalties
Maya confides in Marisa about no longer being a virgin. Marisa is shocked and asks for details, which Maya is more than willing to share. However, Marisa feels bad because she has to cut Maya's hours because of bad business. Andreas, also feeling the pinch, has just been turned down by the bank for a loan. Maya presents Andreas with a proposal to boost the club's business. It involves themed nights like speed dating and bachelor auctions. Andreas is skeptical, until Maya adds it will cost him nothing. He gives her the go-ahead to plan. Embarrassingly, Marisa has to watch Aviva and Garth have a blow out in the Hot Spot. When Maya goes to Yuri's to plan a date, Yuri turns her down, saying he doesn't want a relationship, and only wanted to open her eyes to new things. Maya is heartbroken.

Ep# 37 - Bromley's Return
Jovi and Quincy disagree on how to get Cyanne clean. Quincy wants her to follow a twelve-step program that helped him, while Jovi doesn't think it will work. She feels its just substituting one addiction for another. At the Hot Spot, Lee is rude to Marisa when Marisa tries to make conversation. Sophie and Quincy shake on being just friends, although Quincy is still deeply hurt. Meanwhile, Chantal calls Bromley and tells him that Cyanne is hanging around the club. Bromley and his thugs show up at the Hot Spot, where they drug and take Cyanne away. Jovi takes pictures as Bromley's thugs forcibly take Cyanne away. Jovi and Andreas can't believe how heartless Chantal is. Chantal's efforts to impress Bromley backfire when Bromley threatens to replace her. Phoenix is frustrated when her efforts to get Andreas' attention fail.

Ep# 38 - Quincy Finally
Aviva starts to interview Andreas about the Artists Walk, but Andreas is called away by a phone call from Phoenix. She says someone's been following her and is now outside her apartment. When Andreas arrives no one is there and the two have sex. Quincy replaces Andreas with Aviva when he leaves. During the interview, Quincy and Aviva hit it off, and the two have hot sex on the rooftop. At the Hot Spot, Jovi and Jordan share stories about their experiences of abuse. It's revealed that Jordan was sexually abused as a child, and Jovi's father killed her mother.

Ep# 39 - Fun With Clay
Chantal drowns her misery in alcohol at a deserted Bang!, while Quincy, Andreas and Rajeev share stories of bad relationships and heartbreaks. Andreas explains that he moved to Canada after the woman he loved turned down his marriage proposal, and Rajeev talks about Jayesh being his first love and heartbreak. At Girls Night, Maya admits to Marisa, Sophie and Jovi that she is crushed over how Yuri has treated her. The girls commiserate over past lovers. Meanwhile, at Yuri's art studio, Yuri seduces a drunken Chantal by way of sculpture caressing. When leaving Marisa's after Girls Night, Maya is grabbed by a shadowy figure.

Ep# 40 - Check Please
Maya is raped in the alley outside Bang!. At their apartment, Marisa and Rajeev commiserate over living with Surabhi, and how it's affecting Raj's sex life. Raj however feels responsible for her leaving home, and decides to just deal with it. Later, Garth and Marisa spend a late night chatting on the phone and flirting. Their call is interrupted when Lee arrives at Marisa's door to take her for a motorcycle ride. At the club, Jordan asks Andreas to check her pregnancy test, saying that she might be pregnant with T.K.'s child. Jordan begs Andreas not to tell T.K. T.K. arrives and goes to use Andreas' bathroom, where he finds Jordan's dipstick, and thinks it belongs to a girl Andreas got pregnant. Rajeev finds Maya in the alley when he takes the garbage out.
